Ashley is a sweet, kind, compassionate soul who’s constantly working on her personal development and growth to be the best person she can be for herself, her son, family, friends, and clients. She was born and raised in NH. She loves being around any body of water, hiking up north in the mountains, dancing freely to music, sunshine, New England fall views, and quality time with her son, family, and friends. After losing 65 pounds twice and seeing all her family and friends inspired by her hard work she discovered her passion. She is passionate about living a balanced healthy lifestyle, inspiring others, and sharing her knowledge with others to help them feel their best. Ashley left her career of 10 years as an ophthalmic technician to pursue her dreams of helping others. She got certified as a personal trainer through ACE self study program and has transformed her garage into a safe space to train her clients.

Ashley first discovered yoga back in 2015 as a low impact workout. She dabbled with yoga for years and became consistent with her practice in 2022. She realized with consistency in her practice she became more aware. Aware of her body, breath to movement, emotions, and soul.

In January 2023 she joined Humble Warrior 200hr YTT so she can share the love of her practice with others. This became a healing and growth transformation for her as she became aware of her emotions and learned how to release them and turn her life’s challenges into wisdom.

Ashley hopes to create a safe space to move your body and release emotions. She is excited to share her wisdom and knowledge, empowering and uplifting her students and clients.
