I am always grateful for the strength, grounding, and joy that I find practicing yoga. I think a regular yoga practice encourages us to cultivate physical and mental resilience and to live in more vibrant and open-hearted ways. As a teacher, I try to create challenging, breath-centered classes that give students agency in their bodies and lots of opportunities to explore. I see yoga as a path towards fuller embodiment, a chance to play, align, and heal.
I received my RYT-200 from Health Yoga Life, and my Restorative Yoga and Reiki I training through Exeter Power Yoga. I am currently working towards my C-IAYT (800-hr Yoga Therapist Certification) through Kripalu’s School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. Outside of the yoga world, I am a writer, English teacher, sister, daughter, aunt, and border collie lover.
