    Explore your edge in this heated practice that links breath to movement, tones and strengthens muscles, increases vitality and stamina, clears the mind and leaves you feeling empowered, grounded and connected. The foundation of Power Yoga is the practice of Ujjayi or “victorious” breath which heats the body, calms the nervous system and centers awareness in the present. Warrior Power includes opportunities for arm balances, inversions and dynamic transitions.

    Expect to sweat, be challenged, and emerge with a renewed sense of self. This all-levels class provides options to modify or amplify poses, making it accessible and invigorating for everyone, no matter where you are in your practice. Join us and discover the warrior within!

    Each heated Warrior Flow class offers a fluid, harmonious and continual sequence of poses that are linked to the breath. At Humble, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Expect a creative and seamless meditative experience that fosters a deeper connection between breath, body and mind.

  • Warrior Energy Flow to Yin 💟

    Dive deep into a powerful and healing experience with our Energy Flow class, where dynamic Vinyasa Yoga meets the restorative magic of Yin Yoga and Reiki. Begin with a grounding flow Yoga practice that challenges your strength, balance, and focus, awakening your energy and centering your spirit. As you move through the flow, you’ll feel the energy centers of your body—the chakras—coming to life, each breath deepening your connection to your inner self.

    After you flow, the class transitions into soothing Yin Yoga, allowing you to melt into extended stretches that release tension in the hips and spine. During this serene and meditative portion, our instructor will guide you with Reiki assists, channeling healing energy to enhance your practice and deepen your relaxation.

    Energy Flow isn’t just a class—it’s a transformative journey that rejuvenates the body, inspires the mind, and heals the soul. This class will leave you feeling uplifted and renewed.

  • Humble Recharge 💫

    Recharge Yoga is a calming, healing, and nurturing practice designed to release tension, align your body, and create spaciousness from head to toe. This slow yet deep class is a must for every warrior, offering long, supported holds that help calm and regulate the nervous system. As you move through this mindful practice, you’ll restore balance and harmony within your body.

    Each class ends with a soothing guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, allowing you to fully unwind and experience deep relaxation. To enhance the experience, a cool river rock is gently placed on your third eye, promoting a sense of grounding and clarity.

    Recharge Yoga will leave you feeling completely restored, recharged, and ready to embrace life with renewed energy.

    Studio is heated using infrared heat set to 80 degrees.

  • Warrior Core ☄️

    Are you ready for a challenge!? Step outside your comfort zone with this playful energetic blend of Pilates inspired CORE exercises and bodyweight CORE exercises. This blend of techniques on combining mind and body exercises will build strength and endurance while increasing your CORE strength. Prepare to jump-start your metabolism, burn out your CORE muscles and increase our endurance while maintaining a mindfulness practice. Come ready to sweat and work hard to the beat of heart pumping music. From the fire the warrior rises and conquers! Classes vary from 45-60 minutes.

    Studio is heated using infrared heat set to 94 degrees.

  • Warrior Sculpt 🥵

    This is a Power yoga class that utilizes light weights, blocks, or bands to add intensity! This class will be set to fun, upbeat music. It’ll help boost your metabolism and build lean muscle. Expect poses like crescent lunge with bicep curls, goddess squat pulses, table top with rows.....maybe even some bodyweight cardio bursts! If you love yoga and you love a good workout, this class is for you!

    Set at 94 degrees this class will leave you sweating and ready for the day.

  • Warrior Power Pilates 🍑

    Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Warrior Power Pilates class is a challenging, full-body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 94 degrees. Power Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the joint impact of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

    Expect bumpin beats, sweat dripping and the absolute best time.

    Bring your mat and towel and lots of water!

  • Warrior Restore ✨

    Immerse yourself in a calming and nurturing Restorative Yoga class designed to release tension, align your body, and create space from head to toe. With long, supported holds, this class soothes and regulates your nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and renewal.

    Using all the props—bolsters, blocks, and straps—you'll be fully supported as you settle into each pose, allowing your body to melt into relaxation. The class concludes with a peaceful guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, followed by a soothing aromatherapy savasana to leave you feeling completely restored.

    Set in the soft glow of candlelight, this intimate class, limited to just 25 participants, provides the perfect way to unwind and end your evening in a dreamy, restorative way.

  • Community Flow.

    Creating community, supporting our community. Our dynamic, breath-based practice is accessible to everyone. Expect to sweat, learn and grow in this 60 min practice. Taught by new teachers, come support our teacher community and feel amazing after!

  • Candlelight Yin And Reiki

    Come and experience the benefits of Yin, a quiet practice in a candlelight setting. A beautiful compliment to any active yoga practice. Focus on opening the hips through a series of supported poses. Each poses is held for 5+ minutes.

    The room is not heated, but warm from the previous class and background music is used to help anchor.

    Please feel free to bring your own props or use ours, your mat & anything else you need to support your practice.
