Jill Baillargeon

Yoga Instructor

I started practicing yoga when we moved to Exeter in 2018. My initial goal was to build strength and take a little time for myself, but it quickly became so much more. I found stillness and healing on my mat during a very busy season of life with three little ones at home.

The connection to breath and movement helped me to quiet my mind and come back to myself. I loved the gradual growth that came from showing up and taking risks on my mat.

Yoga changed my life and I am so thankful for this practice. Taking the leap to complete my 200hr and 300hr teacher training combined my passions for yoga, education, community, and personal growth.

As a former classroom teacher, my yoga journey has allowed me to tap into my love of life-long learning and self-discovery. When I'm not in the studio, my husband and I are chasing after our 3 kids, 2 dogs, 10 chickens, and 1 very busy beehive.
