A Chakra Workshop series, starting with the ROOT Chakra ❤️
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. In addition, your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.
In this workshop, we will journal, have a beautiful yoga flow class, and then a guided meditation all focusing on the root chakra.
We will finish the experience with root chakra tea & crystals. ✨
