Yin and Thai Massage with Amanda and Mat!

Show up as you are ready to release, relax and rest so that your body, mind and soul may rejuvenate.

In this workshop, gently hold yin and restorative yoga poses while receiving gentle stretching and deeper massage along the sen lines from Mat and Amanda, LMT and Reiki Master.

Sen lines are energy lines along the body that are pathways that allow prana, life force energy to flow freely. This energetic release will remove mental, emotional, and physical blockages in the body. Reiki will be delivered at the end for grounding.
