Join Sarah Andrews at the Bedford studio for Humble Warrior Power Yoga Foundations Workshop Level 2.
Ready for more?! This workshop is being offered to our community as a continuation from Foundations Level 1 (Level 1 will be offered again in March). In this 90 minute yoga workshop, we will explore additional poses including twists, balance poses and backbends, all with a focus on safe entry into the poses, alignment and breath work integration. This workshop is great for new and experienced yogis and will provide an open space for learning and practicing together on our mats.
