Doria Aronson

Warrior Sculpt Instructor

Doria grew up an athlete so health and fitness has always been a big part of her life.  In 2003, while in law school with her husband, she obtained her personal trainer certification.  Since becoming a personal trainer more than 15 years ago she has taught countless group fitness classes from Spinning, and Step to Barre, HIIT and Toning.  Her classes are always challenging and filled with high energy instruction and participants.  No two classes are the same.  She believes in compound movements because “we don’t have time to work one muscle at a time.”

In 2020, when the pandemic hit, Doria started her own athletic training business where she works with youth and adult athletes.  She hated seeing youth athletes sidelined by the pandemic and started helping them stay focused off the field. Doria believes there is more to being an athlete than physical strength.  Youth athletes should be developed mentally as well to become strong from the inside out.

Doria is always excited to help athletes young and old achieve all their fitness goals and believes there is an athlete inside all of us…She will help you find it.

When Doria is not training athletes or coaching classes she can be found at countless sporting events of her own young athletes, Rocco and Nico, or with her children and husband, Scott, up on lake Winnipesauke enjoying boating season.
