Meditation 101
In this workshop we will explore meditation and sample a few different styles of mediating. Meditation is proven to have many health benefits such as, stress reduction, lowering blood pressure, cultivating inner peace and clarity, as well as an overall improvement in mental, emotional, and physical health.
There is a lot of confusion, misconception, or discouragement around meditating and this workshop is intended for beginners or those who are looking to restart their meditation journey. Bring a journal and pen and join us for Meditations 101!
