This teen yoga workshop is a playful class that incorporates fun yoga poses, games, simple meditation and breath work. It is designed for teens ages 12-17 years old, of all levels and abilities. We will work together to create more positive self-esteem and awareness, while building strength and flexibility. In a busy technological world yoga can help teens slow down and relax, develop more self-discipline, improve focus and better regulate emotional balance. This warm and welcoming class will encourage respect for self and others as we learn to find more happiness and inner peace on and off our mats.
