New to yoga? This workshop will explain the basic pose structure, proper alignment, and breathing techniques needed to start your yoga practice. You will learn the most common poses, pose names, and sequences so you will better understand the poses we cue in our classes.
This workshop will set the foundation for your yoga journey. It is perfect for beginning yoga students or anyone who wants a refresher to kick start their yoga journey again. Such a perfect place to be on a chilly Saturday in March! Learning & growing with like-minded warriors.
