Genevieve is an east coast Canadian girl who has found her home in New Hampshire. Originally from Nova Scotia, she began her yoga journey while studying in Montreal. Seeking acceptance and community, Genevieve instantly felt at home when she first stepped into a yoga class. 

Throughout her life, Genevieve has experienced both incredible joy and deep loss. Amidst the ups and downs, yoga has been her unwavering companion, guiding her through life's challenges. She firmly believes that yoga has the profound ability to heal oneself.

Genevieve's desire to teach yoga was ignited by the heartbreaking experience of losing her father to ALS. Witnessing someone lose their ability to move sparked her passion to help others embrace their bodies and the power of movement.

In Genevieve's classes, you can expect to be challenged and encouraged to try new things. But above all, she strives to empower her students to feel confident and accepting of themselves, wherever they are in the present moment.

To Genevieve, yoga is much more than just the physical poses; it is a journey of self-love and self-discovery. She invites you to join her and discover the transformative power of yoga in finding self-acceptance.
