Natalie Camasso
Natalie began her yoga journey in 2017, after taking one hot yoga class she instantly fell in love with the practice. She appreciates the physical benefits, but fell in love with the mental aspects and being able to quiet the mind and find your true creative self. Natalie is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and working on achieving her 500 hour certification. She studied under Virginia Gallagher with Hot Asana University in Early 2021.
Practicing yoga has become Natalie's way of life, on and off of the mat. When she's not in the studio, Natalie works as a Pastry Chef and has her bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales University. She likes to think of it as her "yin to her yang," balancing yoga with the physical and mental aspects of working in a kitchen.
When moving with Natalie, you can expect fluidity, creative movement, awareness of body alignment, and a playlist that keeps you moving. She encourages you to be your authentic self, let go, and look within. Natalie loves to dance so feel free to bust a move with her in one of her flow classes.
