Nicholas Damas
My yoga journey began as an exploration of self, a hunt for something more meaningful. By seeking a deeper understanding of my mind, I was able to feel more accepted and connected with the community around me.
To me, yoga is a practice of love, meeting yourself where you are in this moment, allowing yourself to be you, and embracing that what makes us all unique can also be what makes us so similar.
My goal in teaching yoga is to hold a space for individuals to grow, find inner peace, and tap into the love we all share as a collective.
