Sarah Andrews
Sarah found her power and strength in yoga, and believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. The benefits of yoga have extended past the physical, bringing her peace and calm in this crazy world, and pushing through perceived body limitations through self-love and an inner focus.
Her 10 year personal practice has spanned across different styles of yoga, but something really clicked when she attended her first power yoga class in 2017. In July, 2020 she became one of the first teacher graduates of the Humble Warrior Power Yoga/Strength and Soul Teacher Training program, led by Sapna Young.
Sarah’s Flow Classes bring together the fluidity of vinyasa yoga with meditative and rhythmic elements. She strives to help her students find their physical and mental strength through their practice with a welcoming approach, powerful movements, and a focus on the connection to breath, all set to some awesome tunes.
