Fitness has always been a part of my life. I love being part of a team and pushing others and myself. I initially came to yoga focused on the asana only and found a it was so much more. I completed my 200 hour training with Humble Warrior in 2021 and my Yin training at Power Yoga University in 2021. I am currently enrolled in my 300 hour training through Power Yoga University. My passion is helping people find a way to be active wherever they are at in their lives. As well as teaching yoga, I am a certified personal trainer, a corrective exercise specialist, and a pre/post-natal coach. Sarah’s Flow Classes bring together the fluidity of vinyasa yoga with meditative and rhythmic elements. She strives to help her students find their physical and mental strength through their practice with a welcoming approach, powerful movements, and a focus on the connection to breath, all set to some awesome tunes.
