Hi All! I started practicing yoga after the birth of my son to relieve some lower back pain, and find peace during a chaotic time. My 20 minutes of movement and breathing on my mat quickly became so much more than a stretch and a workout, but a reflection into myself.
The fast paced movement of the asanas in power flow challenge us to move with intention, focus within, breathe purposefully, and eventually release.
I am so thankful for what this practice has brought to me, and I am thrilled to be able to share the gifts of yoga with my students."
