Lauren O’Neil
Ten years ago, I reluctantly stumbled into a Vinyasa Yoga class at the gym and became hooked. Since then, I have been on a path of spiritual and physical growth. Yoga has transformed me in ways I couldn’t imagine and has helped me through difficult times. I believe we need more healing modalities that are accessible to people, and Yoga is one of them. I decided to get my 200-hr YTT at Humble Warrior with a mission: to make people feel good. My approach is to help others feel mentally and physically strong, inspired, and confident on and off their mat. As a Yoga Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor, I am passionate about empowering students to find a balance between effort and ease, explore possibilities, push their limits, and start a path of self-discovery.
I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a certified Yoga Instructor through Humble Warrior’s 200-hour YTT program, and HIIT certified through the American Sports and Fitness Association.
